According to reports, Chelsea pointed to a technical issue as the reason behind the unsuccessful transfer of their winger, Hakim Ziyech, to Paris Saint-Germain.

Ziyech was even in Paris, ready to be presented as a PSG player, but had to return to London after the deal fell through.
The Telegraph claims that the failed transfer was due to a technology glitch, contradicting earlier reports that the incorrect documents were sent three times.
