It was in the third quarter when the Spurs took control of the game, led by forward Jeremy Sochan, as they put up 31 points and held the Pacers to just 16.
The Spurs turned a two-point deficit into a 13-point lead going into the fourth quarter. Both teams traded points late in the game, but the Spurs managed to hold on for an 11-point victory in front of their home fans.

The game featured two Nigerian players, Jordan Nwora and Charles Bassey.
Nwora, a Nigerian-American professional basketball player, came off the bench for the Indiana Pacers and played for 27 minutes.
Despite missing six of his ten shots, Nwora contributed to the Pacers’ efforts with 10 points, three rebounds, four assists, one steal, and one block. He was, however, perfect from the free-throw line.
Bassey, a Nigerian basketball player, was part of the San Antonio Spurs’ second unit and played for 17 minutes. In an impressive outing, Bassey recorded six points, five rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. He made three of his four shots but missed his only free throw.
The Pacers will next face the Chicago Bulls, where Nwora is expected to return to action, while Bassey and the Spurs will take on the Houston Rockets in a Texas rivalry matchup.
