Nigeria’s Super Eagles won the return leg of their 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea Bissau 1-0 with a penalty by Moses Simon in the 30th minute.
With this victory, Nigeria tops Group A with nine points, while Guinea Bissau drops to second with seven points.
Cameroon is in third place with five points and Sao Tome is in fourth place.,
Nigeria had previously defeated Sierra Leone 2-1 and thrashed Sao Tome and Principe 10-0 in previous matches.
